02/24-2 To receive any Declarations of Interest on any item on the agenda - in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011, and to consider any applications for dispensations in relation to disclosable pecuniary interests

02/24-4 Contract Lease Agreement of Parish Rooms to Covenham Village Volunteers – to consider solicitors quotes to review the draft lease agreement for approval
02/24-5 Parish Rooms Guttering works - to consider the quotes for repair and agree a preferred contractor
02/24-6 Funding Request – to consider a donation to help cover the cost of printing leaflets to be distributed to all households in the parish regarding the proposed Pylons in Lincolnshire and to agree free use of the Parish Rooms for village meetings relating to this matter.
